  • Support Your People. Empowering your team and providing opportunities for growth is at the heart of my approach. In nearly every partnership, I ensure that key management retains a meaningful equity stake, recognizing their importance to the company’s success.

  • Quick and Certain Closings. I understand the importance of moving swiftly and efficiently. I can often close deals within 45-60 days, avoiding the lengthy due diligence process that comes with traditional private equity. My approach minimizes disruption, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your business and your life.

  • Fair and Collaborative Partnerships. I believe in creating win-win situations where both sides feel valued and respected. I don’t enter into deals unless I’m confident it’s fair and beneficial for everyone involved. That’s the only way I do business.

Who I want to partner with

I’m seeking companies that fit the following criteria:

  • Company Size: Businesses generating $2M to $10M in revenue, with $400K to $2M in EBITDA.

  • U.S. Based: As I’m located in Miami, my focus is on companies based in the U.S.

  • Industry Focus: Primarily interested in medspas, marketing agencies, home service companies, and other service or technology businesses.

  • Strong Asset Base: I prefer companies with a solid mix of assets on their balance sheet.

  • Existing Management Team: I highly value partnerships with businesses that have an established management team or leadership depth, allowing for smoother collaboration and growth.

  • Control: I’m looking to acquire at least 51% ownership, ideally taking full control of the business.

  • Recurring Revenue: Preference for businesses with recurring, predictable, or contractual revenue streams.

  • Growth Potential: Seeking companies with scalable opportunities or untapped growth potential.

  • Founder or Family-Owned: My investment approach aligns well with founder or family-run businesses seeking a long-term home for their legacy.
